What insurance plans do you accept for the intensive program?
We work with most major insurance plans and work hard to verify coverage before your program begins. We also offer private pay options. Contact our team and we'll help navigate the authorization and funding process with you — including understanding what your plan covers for intensive outpatient rehab.
Do I have to complete the full 2-week intensive, or can I do a shorter program?
Our 2-week intensive structure is designed to deliver the concentrated dose of therapy that produces meaningful neurological change, but we also offer ongoing outpatient therapy services. During your discovery call, we'll assess your goals and recommend the best program structure for your situation.
Can family members attend therapy sessions or stay with me during the intensive program?
Absolutely. Family involvement is encouraged and often vital to long-term recovery. Our mental health team also provides family counseling specifically for caregivers and loved ones. The Homewood Suites hotel partner offers spacious suites designed comfortably for families traveling together.
I was diagnosed with my neurological condition years ago — is it too late for intensive rehab?
No — neuroplasticity does not have an expiration date. We regularly work with individuals years or decades after their initial injury, helping them achieve meaningful functional gains. Recovery is not linear, and it's never too late to pursue it.
