NeuroActive

NeuroActive is the newest division of NeuroAxis Rehab that began in January 2026.

NeuroActive is a non-skilled, wellness-based service for individuals who have completed therapy and want to keep moving. After discharge, participants are paired with a Movement Companion who provides guided support with walking, stretching, standing, and going through their prescribed home exercise program.

This service is not therapy and is not billed to insurance. Instead, NeuroActive helps carry forward the progress and confidence gained during therapy—so movement stays part of everyday life, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
