Pro Bono  Services at Work

Since NeuroAxis Rehab was founded in 2021, we have donated over $25,000 worth of pro-bono services to our Pittsburgh community. While we will always continue to support our community as much as we can, we need YOUR help to be able to continue supporting even more of our Pittsburgh community. Therapy Grant Application

Are you without health insurance or have your therapy benefits been exhausted? If so, please complete our application below and our pro-bono committee will reach out with next steps.

Our Grant Application is currently OPEN and will close on April 15, 2026.

If you are interested in applying for our grant funding, please complete the application below by April 15th.  Recipients will be notified by May 1st!
