Do you currently have a wheelchair or scooter and not sure if it's right for you? Are you looking to get a power wheelchair, custom light weight wheelchair or scooter? A specalized therapist can evaluate your needs and work with you to get you the chair you need to regain your independence! 

Being a caregiver is a HUGE responsibility, both mentally and physically. NeuroAxis is able to come into your home and provide tips and tricks when transferring your loved one to limit the strain on the caregiver's body and prevent injury. 

Whether you have been at home for a few years or are planning to come home, NeuroAxis is able to help you set up your home in the safest and easiest way possible. We will come to your home and perform a home evaluation to determine how you can rearrange your space to make caring for your loved one easier.

Neurologic conditions impact more than physical function—they can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and everyday life for both survivors and their caregivers. NeuroAxis Rehab offers in-person and virtual mental health counseling to help individuals navigate grief, medical trauma, life transitions, and the emotional challenges of recovery. Through compassionate, individualized support, we help survivors and families build resilience, find connection, and rediscover a sense of purpose and hope. We also offer separate support groups for survivors and caregivers to foster community and shared understanding.

NeuroActive is a non-skilled, wellness-based service for individuals who have completed therapy and want to keep moving. After discharge, participants are paired with a Movement Companion who provides guided support with walking, stretching, standing, and going through their prescribed home exercise program.

This service is not therapy and is not billed to insurance. Instead, NeuroActive helps carry forward the progress and confidence gained during therapy—so movement stays part of everyday life, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
